What can you expect?
When a Jarboe’s technician or plumber arrives at your home, he will greet you, letting you know that his goal is to give you a 5-star experience, and then put on his green shoe coverings. He will ask you questions regarding the problem and closely listen to what you say. He will look at all components of your heating, cooling, or plumbing system and then perform a thorough evaluation of the equipment to find the source of the problem. Once he identifies the problem, he will present options on how you can proceed. There will usually be a basic, minimum repair that will get you up and going right then. There may also be a more extensive repair option to eliminate the source of the problem if the minimum repair only eliminates the symptom. An option to replace your system instead of investing in a large repair may also be given. If our team member notices other things that may provide better comfort or a more reliable system, it is his responsibility to bring these things to your attention so that you are informed and can make decisions based on complete information. Once you are presented with the options, our technician or plumber will answer all of your questions, and you will make the choice with no pressure. Based on your decision, the appropriate action will be taken. Lastly, it is important for us to know if you received a 5-star experience.
