Our True Comfort Membership gives you priority service and helps prevent heating, cooling, and plumbing problems. You will save money on HVAC and plumbing service, as well as equipment. Save money on your heating and cooling bills and add years to the life of your HVAC and plumbing equipment.

True Comfort Membership Options

You can select a heating and cooling membership, a plumbing membership, or you can sign up for the Complete HVAC & Plumbing membership. The complete membership is $26.95/month and includes all the benefits below:

Maintenance Membership

Exclusions:
Humidifier service, pads, media or filter replacements, refrigerant and electronic air filter cleaning are not included.

The “STUFF” You Need to Know

  • If you aren’t satisfied, then we aren’t satisfied. We value your comments and opinions and act upon your input in evaluating our processes and team
    members. Bottom line… we’ll do our job RIGHT or you’ll get your money back!
  • Planned/routine maintenance services provided under this membership will be performed during normal business hours.
  • This membership includes three annual maintenance visits: 1 HVAC to be performed during the heating season, 1 HVAC to be performed during the cooling
    season, and 1 plumbing to be performed annually. The membership must be active and paid in full at the time of the visit and for the 4 months following
    each visit.
  • While seasonal maintenance visits are a requirement to keep a warranty in force, this membership is NOT a warranty.
  • You have three days to cancel this membership from the time of sale. Otherwise, this membership will automatically renew each month unless contacted 30
    days in advance.
  • You may cancel this membership by mailing us at 10640 E 59th St, Indianapolis, IN 46236 or by email to memberships@jarboes.com.
  • Upon cancellation, any discount on services or equipment received under this membership within the prior 4 months will be adjusted and charged at
    standard rates. Any maintenance visits received within the prior 4 months will be prorated over those months against the standard rate of $119.
  • Clients are required to keep an active credit card on file which will be automatically charged each month.
  • Cards on file can be changed any time by contacting us.
  • In the event a charge does not go through, we will contact you for an alternate billing method.

The “STUFF” That We Have to Say

I. This membership is between the Seller and the Purchaser and is a maintenance agreement, not an insurance warranty or service contract.

II. We will provide the following benefits to you during the term of this membership with respect to the listed equipment: A. We will perform semi-annual maintenance membership visits on your listed heating and cooling equipment and/or one plumbing inspection each 12-month period during the term of this membership. Maintenance membership visits will include (to the extent of applicable and to the extent of components of your listed equipment are accessible) those services indicated above. B. You may contact us to schedule your maintenance membership visits. Maintenance membership visits will be scheduled to be completed during the term of this membership during normal business hours. C. For other service, we will use reasonable efforts to provide you with priority service through preferential treatment in the scheduling of your call. You may contact us for emergency service 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Emergencies are situations that create substantial risk or injury to persons or substantial property damage. D. For any repairs we perform on the listed equipment during the term of this membership, we will provide our up-front pricing applicable to such repairs, when available. E. We will provide you with a fifteen percent (15%) HVAC or a fifteen percent (15%) plumbing discount off our usual and customary rates and will not charge you overtime towards repairs/work you have us perform on the listed equipment during the term of this membership. F. Repairs performed by us on the listed equipment during the term of this membership will be covered by our warranty on the repair services we provide.

III. This membership will expire and may be transferred or canceled as follows: A. This membership will automatically renew unless contracted prior to the date of renewal. B. This membership will expire and may be transferred by you only to the person to whom you sell your residence during the term of this membership or to your new residence. This membership may be transferred by us at any time. C. No service will be required to be rendered by us under this membership if you have a past-due account and this membership can be canceled by us for fraud, material misrepresentation, your failure to make any payment required under
this Agreement when due or your failure to pay for any services or goods rendered or provided by us to you, whether in connection with the membership or otherwise. D. In addition to any right you may have under the law or elsewhere in this membership, you may cancel this membership within the first three days following the effective date of this membership. If no services have been performed under this membership or if required by law, you will receive a full refund. Any discounts provided under this membership will be adjusted and charged at standard rates.

IV. This membership does not cover and we will not be responsible for: A. Any breakdown or failure of the equipment or any failure to defect in or malfunction of the equipment. B. Any parts or labor for any required repair, except that if you have us provide the required repairs on the listed equipment during the term of this membership, the repairs will be provided in accordance with the provisions in section III of this membership. C. Any consequential, secondary or incidental damages or any bodily injury or property damage, regardless of cause. See front for license numbers.
