And even hotter in our house – at least 81!!! They sent someone out the same day to assess the situation, and he immediately found the problem. This one was on a Friday afternoon! When I spoke with Dispatch they said they could have someone on site Monday, and probably out to put the unit in on Tuesday. Little did she know I already had a tech in my house, and he would be able to replace the unit on Saturday.
So thankful for a cool home after just 2 days AND a super professional company! All of the guys that entered my home were courteous, thorough, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves. I was highly impressed and will def use them again.”

He put booties on before entering even though he did not have to go more than 6 feet from the door and was on a vinyl floor in the kitchen. He even changed those booties after he went to get additional equipment before re-entering my home. The tech from Jarboe’s consulted the operation manual and adjusted the fan speed from low to medium to provide heat to the whole house.
